By 28th of September I will have written my first draft of my proposal and delivered it to receive feedback for improvements.
By 1st November I will have written my interview questions and by 15th January I will have carried out an interview with a reliable source. I believe this is a well-considered time because it will be enough time for me to produce the questions for the interview, after discovering how emotion has been used in Western music, to then finding out how it is currently used today. For example, how my interviewee channels emotions through his performances.
By 18th December I will have ventured into the 'What? Where? When? Who? Why?' information page of my site briefly. I believe this is an appropriate date because I will be able to account key information to know how to develop into more detail later on.
By 16th December I will have completed the composition slide to a Merit standard. After doing this, I am able to keep the rest of my research up-to-date and then possibly receive feedback overall to make my research proposal a distinction grade.
By February I will have gathered all my findings for my presentation. This date is suitable because it leaves me time to make the finishing touches of my presentation before delivering it but also gives me enough leverage to complete other duties outside of this unit.
By the 3rd of March, I will have my final draft of the research project ready to be presented.
